DeStefano & Associates Inc. has been awarded the construction of 10 luxury condominiums at 531 Westbrook Street in South Portland. This 10,000-square-foot project consists of two buildings, each containing five townhouse style units. Construction will begin this month. Portsmouth, N.H.-based DeStefano & Associates provides planning, design and construction services for new, expansion and renovation projects in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Elsewhere, DeStefano is busy on the construction of a three-story mixed-use project on Plaza Drive in Scarborough. The architect is Gawron Turgeon Architects, which is based around the corner, on Black Point Road in Scarborough.
